Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

You could be having a type of eczema which is known as pompholyx where one gets multiple tiny dry and itchy area that at times lead to peeling of skin.

These are usually seasonal and occurs over palm and also on soles and side of fingers.

You can apply a steroidal cream like mometasone and a good moisturising cream.

However, the correct diagnosis can only be made after careful inspection of your skin of palm by skin specialist.

Hope this answer will help you.

Regards,
