Hi Doctor,Iam XXXX, aged 24 and married for 9 months now.First 4 months we had protected sex.Now about 4 to 5 months we are trying for baby.My periods are always regular(26 days cycle).Last month first time it got delayed by 4 days.So we went to a gynaecologist to just check any issues why am mot conceiving and why this sudden delay in periods.She suggested a USG Pelvis scan.Report says I have Normal sized Uterus with BILATERAL POLYCYSTIC OVARIES and Few cysts measuring 3/3mm observed in echofield of both ovaries.No evidence of adnexal mass. She has suggested the following tablets: 1. HerFace 21 tablets(to be taken from 5th day daily night) 2. Ondet 10 tablets 3.Glycomet 500 SR (30 tablets) 4.Omee 20mg (20 tablets) (should be taken on empty stomach morning) 5.Vitafol 5mg (30 tablets) 6.Ensoft 400 (30 tablets) She asked to me visit her wen i get my next periods and also tat i could not conceive for 3 months.Do i have any serious issues.And is my gynaec right wrt the tablets and treatment.Please answer
