Hi, i drink a gallon of water everyday, i eat fibrous vegetables at least 3 times a day, i don t have hemerroids & my anus wasn t ripped open due to constipation, but it s really beginning to burn badly when i poop everytime. I eat 6 small healthy meals every 2.5 hours due to my exercise training goals, and at least 2 of those 6 meals are actually protein powder shakes. The protein is a brand that i have used for a long time off and on cycles and it has never given me a problem before so i doubt it is that. Any help, based on that info? Thanks
