What Is The Best Way To Treat Razor Burn?

Shaved my waist line well manscaped if you will, and yeah got me some razor burn tried some aloe tried some compresses and yesterday switched to cortizone woke up this morning with some new little red marks on the head of said private areas? Two questions A. What is the best way to eradicate this razor burn? B. dose it spread like a rash?

Hi.
As per your case history of razor burn my treatment advice is -
1. Best way to cure a razor burn is to a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
2. It usually does not spread like rash.
But in your case it may be due to cortisone application. After cortisone application there may be a development of fungal rash.
3. Now apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it. Take levocetrizine if it itches.
