ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , your clinical history is suggestive of Chronic rhino-sinusitis.

To improve your quality of life ,you need to prepare for surgery before going for it , start Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal spray , levocetirizine + Montelukast combination for 1 month , azithromycin & ornidazole for 10 days. After preparation you can go for surgery. You also need to continue medication & follow up to prevent recurrence after surgery.

Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day.
