Hi Hope you are fine Don't go for medicines mostly medicines are like that they suits somebody but not others. Just go for healthy track . Did you heard about detox diet(detoxification) you can easily go for it. By having this diet for two days or 1 week . If you go to for two days detox diet you need to follow it in every 15 days till three months and if you want to follow 1 week detox per month till completes three months. in detox diet you can include all vegetable juices, fruit juices, green tea, lemon honey water, detox water and you can have vegetable salad and fruit juices in every 1-2 hours. Please go through a expert Dietitian and Nutritionist before start detoxification she will explain you what food should you include in it or what should not . In Detoxification what you actually do is to drain out and wash out all the toxins which are accumulate in the body by having unhealthy foods and medicines. When you try to lose weight there are some substance(which releases by mobilising of body fat ) so you duct need to wash them off . And detoxification is healthy way to reducing weight .
