Dear sir/madam I am 24 year old with. Height 182cm and weight 68kg. I look very thin as per my height. I want to gain my weight at least by 4-5 kg. I am vegiterian and want to gain it in one to two months. I also do workout for 1-2 he s daily in gym. In diet i take normal diet rice,chapaties,butter,vegetable and daal(pulse) and drink milk. Also takes wet gram around 150gram daily. I am doing so for last three months but not seeing any improvement. Please suggest me that taking supplement like endura mass for 1-2month will be good decision? I am vegetarian and have no medical issue so far. Thank you
