What Is The Best Course Of Action After Injury To The Left Shoulder?
I JUST was trying to get the seat adjusted on my new bike... it slipped and i fell over, hitting the fender of my neighbors car with my right shoulder. i don t think there is damage to the socket, but something is either broken or dislocated. What woulud be the best course of action at ths point ??
