Hi..my husband is asking me to buy a MX3 vitamins. i haven't hear anything about it. and when i searched the net..i become more puzzled. It seems that there are a lot of MX3 vitamins in the market..could you help me on finding an MX3 vitamins and its beneficial effects.
Greetings! Buying supplements can be confusing...we are all guessing here, but my suggestion is that he wants the multivitamin for over 50. It would be easier to ask him directly.
I don't like multivitamins because too many brands combine incompatible nutrients, for example calcium inhibits iron absorption and also calcium should be taken twice per day, not with a multi. It is better than nothing as long as he doesn't exceed the recommended dose.
If you want further clarification and you have more information for us, please write back. To your health, Kathy Shattler,MS,RDN
