Hi welcome to HCM.
You seem to have dyslipidemia with elevated triglyceride content.This can be reduced with reduction of total calories to less than 2100/day.Avoid fat filled junk food.Regular brisk walk for 20 min/day will help to correct the lipid abnormalities.Maintain your BMI under 22.Drugs like statins once a day at bedtime will reduce the total cholesterol in 2-3 months.Have a baseline echo and ecg as part of routine.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
