Hello and welcome to HCM,
Uterine fibroids can be treated by non-surgical methods also.
In non-surgical method, the blood supply to the fibroids is cut off by emboli.
Due to lack of blood supply, the fibroids undergoes coagulative necrosis and hence decreases in size and ultimately disappears.

Consult your gynecologist for non-surgical measures.
Certain per-requisites may be required before performing the procedure.
Once the per-requisites are full-filled, the procedure can be performed.

Thanks and take care
