What Is The Alternative Of Tamsulosin?

Hello, I m a disabled vet and have been prescribed Tamsulosin HCL0.4mg and Viagra, 30mg. there is a caution re: low blood pressure-should I be concerned? Are there other alternatives I can recommend to my primary Dr? FYI I was on Allopurinol 300mg for years to prevent/minimize uric acid kidneystones but developed a rash (hives) and then switched to Tamsulosin.
