What Is The Alternative For Isotroin 10 In Acne Patient?
good morning doctor!This is sharon, i hve consulted an reputed doctor for my skin disease, i.e i got severe acne below my chics, and i think after taking ISOTROIN 10 it has increased,am suffering to dryness n itching on my face n i think it is not suiting me, my pimples are increased.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have got severe acne on face which seems to be due to hormonal changes, stress and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. As you are not getting benefitted with Isotroin 10. I would suggest you to make use of kojivit plus cream as it will lighten your skin and use product containing benzoyl peroxide. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. You should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Adapelene gel once at night.
