What Is Spondylosis ? What Exercises And Medication Can Suitably Treat It ?
My mother has been suffering from Spondolysis for last three years. She is taking medicines & do some exercises but it is not helping much. She can t walk 10 to 15 steps even. Her both legs have immense pain & burning as well. I m helpless to heal her. Please do help me to find out some way to heal her.

There is no complete cure for spondylosis.. only symptomatic management.. it is a age related disease, common at the old age... movement of the patient must be restricted, painkillers(analgesics) can be taken if the pain is more.. physiotheraphy may be helpfull..

you need some mild exercises under the guidance of a physiotherapist.its more common in old age. also bad posture aggrevates it more.yoga and pranayam are helpful.take proper diet.if symptoms are more then then some medications like analgesics can be taken under the guidance of ur orthopedician
