Greetings
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Your tests very clearly shows urine infection and with time the infection seems to be improving . Daily checking temperature is also advised.

Tab ciproxin is medicine for urine infection apart from many other options. As the infection seems to improve then it is advised to continue ciproxin for 7 to 10 days. Nospa tablets are for abdominal pain associated with urine infection. So if you do not have abdominal pain then there is no need to use Nospa.

The other question that is also important is wether you have burning while urinating. If yes then different urine alkanizing agent can also be used such as Syrup Citralka 1 tbsp three times daily for 2 to 3 days. This will help if you have burning.

In case the fever does not seem to resolve then a test by the name of Urine Culture and sensitivity can be done to see which bacteria is causing the infection and which antibiotic would be effective.

I hope the answer was helpful. In case you need any further assistance feel free to contact.
