General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Compare your urine report with normal urine report:

Color – Yellow (light/pale to dark/deep amber)
Clarity/turbidity – Clear or cloudy
pH – 4.5-8
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d
Ketones – None
Nitrites – Negative
Leukocyte esterase – Negative
Bilirubin – Negative
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)
Blood - ≤3 RBCs
Protein - ≤150 mg/d
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf______________High RBC
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf_____________high WBC
Squamous epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf
Casts – 0-5 hyaline casts/lpf
Crystals – Occasionally
Bacteria – None
Yeast - None

So your report suggests urinary tract infections.
It may be cancer in urinary tract as you have family history.
Other cause may be glomerulonephritis, cystitis, polycystic kidney, tumor or stone in the urinary tract.
Consult the urologist and get the following tests done
Urine culture and microscopy
CBC, ESR, urea, creatinine.
USG, IVP study
CTscan of abdomen.

After diagnosis take proper treatment
Meanwhile take following advice:
Drink lots of fluids
Tablet septran
Tablet nitrofurantoin
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pineapple.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
