May be Upper urinary or lower urinary tract infections. Consult the urologist for proper diagnosis and get the following investigations: urine culture, USG abdomen, urea, creatinine. Doctor will provide following treatment: tablet septran with nitrofurantoin, potassium citrate, drink plenty of water, always empty the bladder completely, tablet ibuprufen, eat fruits like papaya, orange, cranberry, avoid sex till you get better, maintain pelvic hygiene.
