General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Normal urine analysis is below:

Normal Your report

Color: Yellow ___________ normal
transparency: Clear________ turbid suggests infection
pH: 4.5-8 ________________ 5.0-normal
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025______normal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d_____________normal
Protein:≤150 mg/d
RBCs:≤2 RBCs/hpf_____________5-7 suggests hematuria
WBCs:≤2-5 WBCs/hpf____________20 suggests infection
Squamous epithelial cells: ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf
Bacteria:None_________________moderate suggests bacterial infection

So base on above comparison i think you have urinary tract infection. May be Upper urinary or lower urinary tract infections.
Consult the urologist for proper diagnosis and get the following investigations: urine culture, USG abdomen, urea, creatinine. Doctor will provide following treatment: tablet septran with nitrofurantoin, potassium citrate, drink plenty of water, always empty the bladder completely, tablet ibuprufen, eat fruits like papaya, orange, cranberry, avoid sex till you get better, maintain pelvic hygiene. Repeat the urine test after completion of treatment (after 14 days) for resolution of infection.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
