What Is My Ultrasound Test Report Suggestive Of?
Hi, I got back my ultrasound report and it says the right ovary contains a large anechoic thin walled cyst measuring 2.6cm by 2.7cm by 2.1cm ( volume of 7.5cc ). The left ovary also contains a larger simple cyst and measure 6.8cm (L) by 5.7cm (W) by 4.8cm (D). The left ovarian volume is 96.7cc. No abdominopelvic free fluid seen. Could u please explain what it means and if it is dangerous. Thank you.

Regarding your ultrasound results that showed large cystic structure at both side of your ovary I strongly believe you have a bilateral ovarian cyst
In view of this cyst you will experience the following clinical features
Irregular menses
Infertility
Anovulation
Vaginal dryness
Hot flushes
Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and for possible surgical interventional procedures
