What Is My Ultrasound Report Suggestive Of?

My wife uterus is normal in size it shows normal homogeneous echo texture Endometrial echo is thickened and measures 26mm in width . No projection/septae seen within it .No calcification seen but Beta HCG shows pregnancy ratio as 143.4 after 6 weeks now plz let me know what to do plz advice

Hi I think it is a sign of biochemical pregnancy in which bhcg level is higher than normal but not in the range of a clinical pregnancy. Her usg report is also correlating with bhcg report. You can wait for 1 week and repeat bhcg test. It will finally tell you regarding the pregnancy. Meanwhile she can get her periods too.
