General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Suggestive of fatty liver. Ultrasound scan finding of echogenicity means the liver is more dense than normal and is indicative of excess deposition of fat. The blood tests result are suggestive of some sort of liver injury suspected to be due to alcohol consumption. Your husband must quit alcohol (if he is consuming), avoid smoking, avoid fatty vegan and non-vegan foods, take lot of fruits and vegetables, and do regular exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
