i have afibroadenoma in my left breast a well defined oval shaped hypoechoic lesion measuring approximately 27/7.4 mm in upper outer quadrant from 4 years. ihave so much pain in both breast. please sugess me what can i do . i will never want to go to fnac test or any surgery
1. Ultrasound scan.
2. Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC).
3. Biopsy and histopathological examination.
Based on the nature of the lesion and its diagnosis, treatment needs to be decided.
FNAC is a must for diagnosis. Treatment by means of hormonal therapy, if suits the diagnosis can be administered. In such a case, surgery can be avoided.
