Hi!
welcome to HCM!

Your mother's report shows rise in WBCs specially neutrophils and high platelets suggesting infection. As she has fever along with raised liver enzymes it may indicate inflammation or damage to cells in the liver. Inflamed or injured liver cells leak higher than normal amounts of enzymes, into the bloodstream. You need to get her examined by a physician and get an USG done .Take care!
