What Is My Liver Function Test Result Suggestive Of?

My LFT has following values Total Bilirubin is 0.51 mg/dl Normal range is 0 - 1.0 Direct bILIrubin is 0.12 mg/dl ------ do------- is 0 - 0.25 Alkaline Phosphatase 145 U/L -------do------- is 65 - 304 **** SGPT 19 U/L -------do------- is 0 - 36 Gamma GT 15 U/L ------do ------- is 0 - 30 I have some doubts about the normal range of Alkaline Phosphatase. Is my report is normal?

I understand your concern.
Normal range of Alkaline Phosphatase in serum is 44 to 147 U/L. However, it may vary according to the method used for the estimation. Your levels of 145 U/L can be taken as upper limit of normal. You need to correlate the laboratory results with the clinical symptoms.
However, other parameters like Total Bilirubin, Direct Bilirubin, SGPT and Gamma GT are with normal limits.
