What Is My Blood Test Result Suggestive Of?

I had some labs done a couple days ago cause I been fatigue,sleeping 10 to 12 hours.blood test came back testosterone 127,vitamin d 26.6,cholestrol total 277,alt(sgpt)48,triglyceriders 486,hdl cholesterol 38.just wanted to know why I so tired and sleep a lot no energy.

I can understand your concern. I have gone through the reports you have mentioned.
You are having dyslipidemia. This means you are having altered lipids like high cholesterol and triglycerides and low level of HDL.
These are not good for health.
Dyslipidemia can cause fatigue, weakness, sleepiness etc.
So consult doctor and start lipid lowering drug like atorvastatin or rosuvastatin.
Avoid oily and fatty food. Quit smoking and Alcohol if you have these habits.
Go for regular exercise like running, swimming, cycling etc.
Loose weight and stay healthy and fit if you are obese.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
