General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The mass in lung is not usual finding. It can be cancerous growth according to mentioned history.

I suggest you consult pulmonologist for CT guided biopsy and send it for histopathology examination to reach up to diagnosis.

According to cause specific treatment given.

If cancer confirmed than you have to consult oncologist for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards
