What Is My CT Scan Report Suggestive Of?

Hi. I have been diagnosed with a slightly enlarged ascending aorta... was captured on a CT Scan measuring 4.0 x 4.1 cm ... seeing a Dr on Tuesday ... I am very active -- weight lift and do sprints daily ... now I am worried I am going to suffer a rupture at anytime ... this is really stressing me out :) Any Advice ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the finding of enlarge aorta then it is the physiological condition and it may not be ill condition still it need to be correlate with clinical condition, it may be due to age too hope this information helps.
