What Is My CT Scan Report Suggestive Of?

Hi Doctor, I am having pain in my chest. Initially it was on right side and then it is shifted more towards left. I smoke,so as the pain is sustaining for nearly 10 days, I went to pulmonologist. He suggested me chest x-ray. That was normal. He gave me pain killer and said it is nothing serious. But as there was no relief from pain. So I asked him for tests. He suggested CT chest. In which there is one line that is bothering me. Subcentimeter sized enlarged lymph nodes are noted in bilateral paratracheal and subcarinal region - reactive in etiology . Though he said it is normal. But as I am still smoking can it be a problem in future?? Thanks and Regards, Amit
