What Is My 20th Week Pregnancy Test Report Suggestive Of?
Hi doctor, during 20 weeks detailed pregnancy scan, the report shown as isolated persistent right umbilical vein (PRUV) and rest all are normal. We are worried about the scan results.please help to understand the future growth of the baby. Please reply your opinion in detail. Thanks.

Fetus with single / isolated umbilical vessel has increased chances of prematurity & decreased growth rate & more chances of adverse outcome. At this stage one should go for more investigations to know about the adversity & take a neonatology advise for continuation of pregnancy.
