Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Presence of both leukocytes and epithelial cells ocassionally does not signify anything.
2. If leukocyctes were increased it would suggest infection.
3. Epithelial cells occur due to normal cycle of loss from the superficial layer of lining epithelium. Ocassional epithelial cells are normal.
