colimex drops and motinorm drops were prescribed.. and said feed the baby and if vomit persists,,, take ____________ drops....... confused if colimex is for vomiting or motinorm is for vomiting... also stomach upset .. what is colimex drops used for and for what purpose motinorm is used for???
