Please explain what is a chronic deformity of the distal tuft of the fifth distal phalanx. Tiny speck of radiopaque foreign body at this position likely representing an epidermal inclusion cyst. Chronic appearing avulsion injury is demonstrated at the third distal interphalangeal joint.
