What Is Causing White Mini Snowflake Like Particles In Urine And Vulva Region?

hiI have white mini snowflake like particles in my urine and the vulva region was itching prior to that . It still continues to itch , especially at night. There is no pain while urinating, no pain in kidneys, no nausea or vometting. What could be the cause for this?

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,
There is a possibility that you could be having candidal infection. The white cottage cheesy particles associated with itching usually is indicative of this problem. There is a reasonably good chance that you could respond to oral Fluconazole once a week, and a Fluconazole vaginal suppository inserted daily in the vagina for at least 6 days. If things do not get better, you might have to get checked for diabetes.
