What Is Causing Veins To Be More Visible?

Hi, I am 29 years old and dark complected. Lately I have noticed that my veins in my arms, chest and hands are more visible than when I was younger. They almost remind me of when I was pregnant with my 2 children. I know I am not pregnant now. What can this mean?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be due to the obstruction to the superiorvenacava, or its connecting veins from the areas of the upper limbs.
You may need to have color doppler for diagnosis.
So i advise you to consult a cardiologist or vascular surgeon for treatment .
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
