it has been 2months i had hydrocele surgery, everything was fine after my surgery ,but i had a nerve pain pushing ffrom the abdomen to my testicle,after i had ride on my bike for aroun 3 to 4hrs...........................what could be this ......

Since the pain started after riding bike for long duration, you should not neglect the pain. It is best you get yourself examined by your surgeon.
