What Is Causing Severe Gas Pains?
I have been having severe gas pains for a week - they come and go, but are so severe at times I break out in cold sweat, shake and feel nauseous. At times, if I am having these pains with the need to move my bowels, when I sit down the pain shoots up into my neck (left side). Help!!

It could be the symptoms of dyspepsia along with colic pain. I would suggest to try tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen. If the symptoms persist then imaging study is a must like X-ray abdomen and ultrasonography test, and infection could be the cause.
