General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Vijay,
I appreciate you for quitting liquor and will advise you to quit pan parag as well. This will be beneficial for your health. Because of regular use of liquor, our body get dependent over it. Due to this physical dependence, when a person tries to quit it, he/she might get such symptoms. prolonged liquor intake is also associated with Anaemia. In your case, as per your description of symptoms like tiredness, decrease concentration etc. can be because of anaemia and other nutritional deficiency. I advise you to get your Haemoglobin level done and then start medications as per physician consultation.
Best wishes,
Dr. Shalinder
