General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Oral favor has no relation with this presentation so far as clinical symptoms are concerned.

The episode of a sudden sensation of the urethral sting with blood indicates underlying calculus in the urethra most likely.

He must be evaluated for an ultrasound of the urethra as well as kidney, ureter and bladder to find out the location, size of the stone and care in accordance with that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
