Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be irritant contact dermatitis causing inflammatory skin with loss of hairs. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Stop using hair removal cream. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream and to take a short course of oral steroid in tapering dose.

Hope this helps.
