What Is Causing Foul Odor In My Mouth?

I sometimes have globules get stuck on the side of my tonsil and in the back of my throat and it smell like poop little small balls, I had my gallbladder removed about 20 years ago, what is causing this problem, it makes me feel uncomfortable talking to people, fearing they may smell my bad breath, what can I do to stop this

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain you seems to be suffering from tonsil stones or Tonsilloliths that are calcified structures and are formed due to calcification of food debris and dust over the tonsil crypts..
They are bad smelling and can also cause bad smell in mouth and also cause throat infection and tonsillitis..
You should consult an ENT expert and get the tonsil stones removed completely as well as start gargling with warm saline water, antimicrobial mouthwash and always gargle with normal water after eating anything..
You should also limit the intake of milk products as they have more calcium and can increase the incidence of stone formation..
In case if there is frequent formation of tonsil stones and they cause discomfort like bad breath and infection Tonsillectomy that is surgical removal of tonsils has to be done..
