Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
I think the symptoms you have posted needs further evaluation to ruled out urogenital infection including PID, functional back pain coupled with anxiety disorder, mechanical back pain, ectopic pregnancy (less likely), functional bowel disease or IBS.
I need further history for detailed evaluation-
1. Do you have fever and/or chill and rigor?
2. Do you have irregular bowel habit?
3. Have you ever seen blood in your stool or urine?
4. Do you have burning sensation during urination and/or increased urgency, frequency, nocturia?
5. Do you have any emotional stress at present?
6. Does your pain radiate from the back?
Secondly, you should consult your local internal medicine doctor at the earliest for further evaluation.
You may need the following tests
1. Blood for complete blood count, urea, creatinine, electrolytes
2. USG. Whole abdomen
3. Urine for routine examination and Urine pregnancy test ( if USG is not done urgently)
4. Stool for routine examination.
You should avoid any stress and try relaxation sessions.
Maintain good oral hydration.
Avoid spices, carbonated beverages, alcohol and tobacco.
For any further questions, please write back to me.
Regards,
Dr. Kaushik
