What Is Bright Green Waxy Anal Discharge Suggestive Of?

I just wiped my anus and the feeling was almost like I was wiping rubbing wax, so I looked at the toilet paper and what was on it wasn t feces, but a bright lime green wax like substance. I wiped again and more came out. When I looked into the toilet it appeared that it had been dripping from my anus. Then there is also I weird fact that my urine seems to be almost brown. What is going on?

Hi

You need to have per rectal and anal examination by a surgeon to rule out any fistula or tract connecting skin with rectum as in such case such discharge may occur. In that case MRI of the area may be helpful. Using antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or metronidazole as well as pyodine sits may be helpful. Urinalysis, ultrasound KUB and renal and liver functions must be checked for browm colored urine.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
