What is best solid food supplement for a 4 months baby ?

what is the best solid food for 4 month old baby.shall i give fruits for my baby .i dont have enough breast milk .now 2 i am feeding as well as i am giving formula milk Nan 1.Eventhough i start solid food i wish to feed my baby .pls tell me in what way i have to give solid food .

better if you give breastmilk up to 5th month.
you think that you are not having enough breastmilk, but it is not like that what you feel.The more you feed your baby,more you will have breastmilk.
After 5th month,you can start giving her solid food,e.g. you can give her mashed potato,apple,rice etc.But you should start giving her one thing per week e.g one week you give her potato,give that for one week.
next week you give her apple
thus you can increase the diet in such a way that at the age of 1 year,the child should take the full diet as we adult are taking.
