What Is Appropriate Diet In A Case With Thalaseamia Trait.

Hey, I have thalaseamia trait. I have known it from last year. I was having low BP of 90-60 rather than the normal thatis 110-70 for me. My HB is like 9 at maximum. I feel lot of tiredness. I get out of breath when trying to climb stairs or running. I am not able to do any physically exhaustive work like work outs. I feel too much cold specially in my feet, they are always coldddd. I am trying to get pregnant from last 4 months but have no success till now.
Please let me know what diet change/supplements are required for general helath as well as this speical time when I am trying to conceive. My weight is 62 Kgs, height is 5 feet 7 inches.

Person who has thallasimia trait, don't require any special dietary supplement. One thing that is to be kept in mind, hemoglobin level remain low. have normal diet.
before going for conception, get HB HPLC done for your husband too. If he is also having thallasimia trait, consult some haematologist.
