Hi To be very frank I have come across the word angular disc . What I can tell with this report is that you have a disc bulge More on the left side (in relation to a central line) and it is pressing on the Thecal Sac ( Spinal cord Bag) and Left nerve root (L5)( means L sided nerve at L5 level ).Hope it serves the purpose.
