What Is An Effective Diet Plan To Reduce Weight?

my bilateral ovaries are bulky in size right ovary measures 40 * 32 mm and the left ovary measures 38*24 mm. i m also suffering from hersiticism. and irregular periods. i m 23 yrs old, unmarreid, 5 ft 5 inches tall and weigh 74 kg which is 14 kg more than normal. kindly guide me, and plz provide an effective diet plan

Ya u need to reduce atleast 15 KGS. Have fat loss that is healthy weight loss. Take more of fibre have low carbohydrates, low fat and good protein and more of fibre and vitamins and minerals. Take sprouts in breakfast very often. Take salads twice a day regularly.take skim milk twice a day have curds buttermilk regularly. Have channa murmura as evening snacks. Do not take fried foods. Avoid overeating. Take fruit in morning not in evening and no juices at all. Have small and frequently meals. Drink lot of water. Exercise daily walk 40-45 mins daily. Consult dietician for your diet plan with your diet routine. Avoid groundnut and coconut.
