Hi there, Thanks for your query. Lyrica in lower doses, in combination with 1.5mg of Methylcobalamin (B12), is a good alternative (since Lyrica would be equally effective at a lower dose). Alternatively, Carbamazepine - an anti-epileptic drug- is a better alternative for nerve pain, though it has its own side effects. Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion.
