Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tiny white spot on iris of eye. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acanthamoeba keratitis , herpes simplex keratitis , ungal keratitis or vitamin A deficiency . I would suggest you to consult ophthalmologist for proper examination . Doctor may examine eye with special microscope called a slit-lamp . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial, antifungal, or antiviral eye medication to treat the underlying problem . Doctor may also prescribe antibacterial eye drops combination with corticosteroid .
