What Is A Suitable Diet To Control Hyperthyroidism Induced By Graves' Disease?
I was diagnosed with Graves Disease causing hyperthyroidism last May. I've been on 5mg Methimozole until last Oct, improved results, then 2.5 mg, but now seems to be trending bad again, so spent last month back on 5mg and now having to go up to 10mg. What resources are the best diet recommendations. I seem to be finding very conflicting results on different websites

Have more servings of green leafy vegetables, friuts, plenty of water, complex carbohydrates like oatmeal , brown rice, brown bread. Regular exercise will be very much helpful.
