Hello, Thank you for the query. First of all, let me tell you that a strawberry cervix is a finding upon examination where the cervix hasa a punctate appearance ,giving it the look of Strawberry.Hence the name. This condition is associated with a sexually transmitted infection caused by Trichomonas Vaginalis. Now, Trichomonas may cause vaginitis, cervicitis and urethritis. These are infection of the different parts of the female reproductive tract. So, you might be infected with Trichomoniasis leading to cervicitis and hence Strawberry cervix.
