What Is A Small Spot Under The Breasts Indicative Of?

I have small spot under my bra line, i think i got some type of skin alert , but when i check with my family doctor they answer me that if it s not itch then it s fine, to me i think i maybe i got it from when i wear my bra to tight or when it got swet that s why it create that type of skin , i dont know what they called.and i dont know how or what kind of cream to get them well.

Hi.

You are probably talking about a fungal infection, and the treatment is to use an anti-fungal topical cream over the region (E.g. clotrimazole), twice daily for 2 weeks and then check the response or write back to me with an attached image of the region.
